How it works

From first call to finished repair

Plain steps, no pressure, no promises we cannot keep.

  1. Call or request

Tell us the vehicle, the symptoms, and where it is. Call, or send the request form. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

  2. We assess and talk it through

We confirm coverage and whether a mobile visit fits, or whether the facility is the better choice.

  3. You decide

You hear what we find and what we recommend before repair work moves forward.

  4. The repair

At your location or, for larger jobs, at the private service facility by appointment.

Two ways to get it done

Mobile where it works. A facility where it does not.

Not every repair belongs in a driveway, and we will say so. A private service facility is available for advanced or longer-term repairs, by appointment only. It is not a walk-in shop and its address is not published.

How the facility works →

At your location

  • Diagnostics and no-start checks
  • Batteries, many starters and alternators
  • Oil changes and routine maintenance
  • Many brake jobs on a level, safe surface

At the facility

  • Jobs that need a lift or extended time
  • Vehicles that must be left in place
  • Many wheel-bearing and heavier suspension jobs
  • Repairs that outgrow a driveway

Vehicle trouble on the road?

If your trip was interrupted, call and tell us where you are. We will talk through whether it is safe to stay put and whether we can help. We do not tow, and we do not promise highway-shoulder repairs.

Questions

Before you call

All frequently asked questions →

Do you come to me, or do I bring the vehicle in?

Our primary service is mobile: we come to your vehicle when the job and the location allow it. For advanced or longer-term repairs we have a private service facility, available by appointment only.

Can I walk in to the private service facility?

No. The facility is by appointment only, and its address is shared only when an appointment is arranged.

How do I know you serve my area?

Contact us to confirm service coverage and availability. Our home market is St. Pauls, and we also take requests from Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Lumberton.

Does submitting the request form book an appointment?

No. A request asks us to contact you. Service is confirmed only after we talk and agree on a time and location.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. English & Spanish assistance is available.

Vehicle trouble? Call first.

Tell us what is happening and where the vehicle is. We will talk through whether a mobile visit or the appointment-only facility makes sense.
